[2026] 4-H market lamb judging at the Bloomsburg Fair
00:24 - Yeah. I still like the lamb. Thank you. Still right there.
00:31 - I know she won't. I know, but. Nice profile. Thank you. Thank you.
00:37 - It just gets a little bigger. Right. I'm working on it. Yeah. Nice lamb for you.
00:41 - Just get that one elevated a little bit. Stretch wrap.
00:52 - Nice lamb. Just gets a little heavy. Hi. Did you know that? Too much condition.
01:05 - Like this one, a little thinner. Hide it. Is she really handle? Good.
01:09 - He's a good guy. Good lamb.
02:06 - Alright, we got here to evaluate these for, overall, I guess,
02:11 - just a few comments on these, these lambs, that are out here.
02:16 - Young ladies, you lamb down there. I have a lightweight division.
02:18 - As I talked to her when she was out here multiple times.
02:21 - I love this lamb from a side profile. Just a beautiful outlined lamb.
02:26 - Atlanta handles extremely uniform down over his top. As far as muscling and structure,
02:32 - that's one you wouldn't want to change too much about it, except she's just too light.
02:37 - She doesn't have enough condition. She's just not big enough.
02:39 - Doesn't have enough mass, compared to the two behind her. But that being said,
02:45 - that's that's a lamb there that you would,
02:47 - really, really want for a breeding piece, at home.
02:50 - So, kudos to that young lady for for bringing that one out here.
02:54 - The young lady that comes out of the middleweight
02:56 - division, the lamb that handles,
02:58 - pretty good as far as a uniform condition standpoint.
03:01 - She gets just a touch drier over a rib. Maybe, than I would prefer.
03:05 - And she's not quite blown apart. In that chest floor, compared to some others.
03:10 - But she is a pretty lamb. When you step off to the side,
03:12 - this guy, has a really nice silhouette. Front one third is really, really pretty.
03:17 - Just like to see that one a little bit wider in his base
03:20 - when he gets around the ring. The young lady at the heavyweight division
03:23 - here has a lamb. And maybe some would think that's
03:25 - a little bit coarser, a little bit wider in that shoulder and her chest floor.
03:30 - We could jack her up, Jack this one up just a touch to make them look
03:33 - a little prettier from the side, but from a sheer
03:35 - muscle standpoint and carcass standpoint, and handling touch and finish.
03:41 - This one's pretty pretty darn cool. And pretty darn spot on
03:44 - the young lady will be your champion last.
03:51 - For me, reserve gets a little bit tighter. I really like this. Out. Down.
03:55 - That that heavyweight division. Love the side profile.
04:00 - As I've talked to her a couple of times already
04:03 - that love the front one third of this one. If we can get this one
04:06 - just a little thinner, hide it a little less condition on him.
04:09 - He's probably going to handle just a touch better. And we'd have a little bit tighter
04:13 - conversation for reserve, but man, that one is really, really pretty from this side.
04:18 - That being said, your middleweight will be a reserve champion. I like thank you. Yeah.
04:25 - Nice job. Thank you. Nice job. Good luck with that one. Thank you.
