00:19 - i'm sure you have and i know if there's any little children listening

00:22 - they know the story well today at the farm show

00:26 - we have

00:27 - the caterpillar

00:29 - okay

00:30 - and if you remember on day one

00:33 - he ate this red apple

00:35 - and he did

00:36 - and then on day two

00:38 - remember he was still hungry

00:40 - and he ate two pairs.

00:43 - He did

00:44 - and then on day three.

00:47 - he at three

00:49 - purple plums

00:50 - he ate them

00:51 - and

00:52 - did

00:53 - and our caterpillar

00:54 - is getting bigger

00:56 - and bigger all the time

00:58 - and then he ate the strawberries

01:00 - and the oranges and if you look at the oranges

01:04 - they even have

01:05 - the stem and the leaf on them

01:08 - he ate them too

01:11 - and then he ate.

01:14 - Cherry pie

01:15 - remember.

01:16 - If you look carefully you can see the cherries

01:20 - and

01:21 - a salami.

01:23 - Cupcake.

01:27 - Oh my goodness we have a pickle

01:29 - and don't forget the lollipop

01:32 - and then he had some Swiss cheese

01:36 - i know my days aren't right but i want you to see the seedless watermelon

01:40 - it's all there

01:42 - and he topped it

01:43 - off with.

01:45 - chocolate cake

01:46 - So we

01:47 - put that in.

01:49 - look at our caterpillar

01:51 - whoops

01:52 - we lost the strawberry.

01:54 - He was so fat.

01:56 - and then.

02:03 - i think stuck in here

02:06 - and he ate a green leaf and felt so much better

02:12 - okay and if you remember the book.

02:15 - He spinned a cocoon

02:17 - and then when he came out he was a beautiful butterfly.

02:22 - Okay now what do i look for judging one of the things i look for is creativity

02:28 - okay one of the things because this category is a

02:31 - toy is the construction well enough that a child can

02:34 - play with it

02:35 - and we just put all these things in the

02:38 - caterpillar

02:39 - and yes he's good we've been doing it all morning.

02:42 - Another thing i look for look at this fox the tension in the crocheting

02:47 - if you look at him and i'm going to turn him around really slowly

02:51 - the tension stays the same

02:54 - he is so

02:56 - uniform.

03:00 - We look for that we look for

03:04 - It's a toy is it something you would like to play with

03:08 - i have here

03:09 - a very quiet trailer

03:11 - if you open it up for this

03:13 - a person

03:14 - inside we have a doll.

03:17 - Complete with pillow.

03:18 - She has a refrigerator

03:20 - complete with

03:22 - food.

03:24 - We have a carrot.

03:25 - Vitamin a

03:26 - good thing we got that

03:28 - and if you need to cook something

03:30 - you can cook it in the pot on top of the stove.

03:34 - If she gets tired of wearing her green skirt

03:38 - she has clothes in the dresser that she can change

03:41 - into and look out the window and we have a sunny day.

03:45 - Creativity

03:46 - and

03:47 - i look for.

03:50 - Starting and stopping of different colored stitches

03:52 - that things are together

03:54 - that they are not loose.

03:56 - We have a little girl here too.

03:59 - The creativity

04:00 - the different stitches that are on

04:03 - the that are used to make the

04:04 - the project

04:06 - these are things i look for.

04:08 - Uniformity.

04:10 - And over here we have a tree with lots and lots

04:14 - of animals this person was very busy making

04:18 - we've got a chick

04:19 - and she has them on the board so they stay together

04:22 - but could you imagine playing with all these animals

04:25 - even the lion over here

04:27 - and the octopus.

04:30 - Okay

04:30 - so we look for.

04:32 - In the construction i look for tension

04:35 - i look for creativity

04:37 - i look for things that are put together well

04:40 - that if a child

04:40 - plays with it

04:41 - is not going to come apart easily.
