Ashley Lynn Priore is the founder, president, and CEO of the Queen’s Gambit Chess Institute based in Pittsburgh, PA. The institute uses chess as a catalyst for change and a model to spur critical thinking skills. Ashley started playing chess at the age of four, and by the time she was fourteen she was starting the institute. She hopes to use chess as a tool to inspire young people to get involved in their communities.
