Stookey's Famous Bar-B-Que, Keystone Cuisine

(2023) Stookey’s Famous Bar-B-Que is a barbecue restaurant that has been operating since 1926. The founders, Ralph and Margaret Stookey, first opened the restaurant as a roadside stand, where they began the restaurant’s tradition of smoking large cuts of fresh pork in an open pit next to their facility. Stookey’s has since expanded their menu to include chicken, fish, beef, lamb, and turkey and uses their own famous family secret sauce, which is now sold and shipped out nationwide.
