History & Culture: The Canneries of York County

[2025] York County's canning industry, which began in 1874, rapidly expanded, creating a crucial market for local farmers. We are joined today by Don Linebaugh, professor of historic preservation at the University of Maryland, who will illuminate the history of York County's canneries.
