(2020) The Broken Axe Brew House is a gastropub located in Lock Haven that boasts a logging theme throughout. The lumber-inspired atmosphere pays homage to the local history, as the town of Lock Haven played a large role in Pennsylvania’s lumber movement. Broken Axe is best known for its modern spin on traditional cocktails and offers 34 taps, 26 of which are dedicated to beers, ciders, and other fermented drinks from throughout Pennsylvania.
